Review Bulletin Below

Dear Waikiki Lanais Residents,

The Association is closely monitoring Hurricane Lowell, which is currently located several hundred miles south-southeast of the Hawaiian Islands. While there are currently no coastal watches or warnings in effect for Hawaiʻi, weather conditions may change as the storm moves through the Central Pacific.

The National Weather Service is forecasting strong and gusty trade winds across the state, along with periods of clouds and showers. Residents are encouraged to remain aware of changing weather conditions and monitor official updates.

Residents Are Encouraged To:

Secure or bring inside any loose items on lanais, including plants, decorations, furniture, and other objects that could be blown by strong winds.

Keep lanais, hallways, and common areas clear of unsecured items.

Ensure windows and sliding doors are properly closed and secured.

Avoid unnecessary outdoor activity during periods of strong winds or heavy rain.

Be prepared for possible power interruptions, increased rainfall, or temporary changes to building operations should conditions worsen.

Keep emergency supplies readily available, including flashlights, batteries, medications, and drinking water.

Monitor official weather information from the National Weather Service and Central Pacific Hurricane Center.

Building staff will continue to monitor weather conditions and official advisories. Any Waikiki Lanais-specific updates, operational changes, closures, or emergency instructions will be communicated to residents as necessary. Residents are encouraged to monitor official weather sources for the latest information and conditions affecting their area.

At this time, no emergency action is required, but residents are encouraged to take reasonable precautions and remain alert to changing conditions.

Thank you for your cooperation and preparedness.
